Back to painting, and lookback at 2020

And in a blink of an eye, it’s almost the end of 2020. I haven’t touched this blog for months. In a way, it was intentional. I’ve been doing a lot of soul-searching in terms of blogging and social media this year, and have taken a step back from all.

It’s been 6 years

At the start of March, as we approached Alexa’s birth date, I couldn’t stop thinking of her. She would have been 6. Some nights I couldn’t sleep. There were a lot of what ifs and if onlys and I wonders. I cried and I prayed and I cried some more.

As much as I am thankful for our journey in Melbourne so far, and as much as I enjoy being here, there are moments when I reminisce on my life as it used to be.
