Books I read in 2018

I don’t always write reviews for books I read here. Usually, only books that made an exceptional impression (whether good or bad) make their appearance here.

But I thought it’d be nice to share all the titles I’ve read.

In an attempt to kickstart my reading habit again, I jumped onto the Goodreads Reading Challenge last year. Sad to say, I didn’t manage to meet my target of 12 books in a year. But then again, it could also be due to the fact that I only started my challenge in May. #excuses

Anyway, here are the books I finished in 2018:

The Ship of Brides by Jojo Moyes

Silver Bay by Jojo Moyes

The Buried Giant by Kazuo Ishiguro

Circe by Madeline Miller (review here)

Death on the Nile by Agatha Christie

Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty

The Book Ninja by Ali Berg & Michelle Kalus

Surprise Me by Sophie Kinsella

My top picks of the pile:

Circe by Madeline Miller

The Buried Giant by Kazuo Ishiguro

Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty

Books I abandoned or did not finish:

The Break by Marian Keyes

Kane and Abel by Jeffrey Archer

When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi

And now, I am ready to start my Reading Challenge for 2019!

Have you read any of these titles? What were your favourites last year?

Love,

Natalie
